Price Plans & Booking Policy 2025
Pilates Guru & 'Pilates with Gabi' will charge aligned prices across the board from 2025, to ensure it is fair for all students and both businesses going forwards.

Every now and then I have a little rethink upon how the booking system will work in the most effective way, and reflecting back on these past two years, I have decided to change the 'Save me a Mat' option, please read on below.

After monitoring the 'Save me a Mat' bookings over the past 4/5 months, it appears that many students much prefer to have the flexibility to switch / book their classes. Originally I created the plan to allow students to secure their set place in a preferred weekly class, with no changes.
I have shifted into a more flexible mindset over the past year with the plan, and due to this, it often gets to the day itself, and then many cancellations / reschedulations occur. So the plan is no longer working how it was intended to.

Therefore, please see the booking options below, with some points outlining how they will work.
​
Single Class Booking - £9
​
- Booking can be rescheduled if required.
​
- No refunds given.
- 12 hours+ notice to cancel / reschedule your class.​
- No-shows will lose their payment.​
​
FlexiPass Packages - £40 for 5 Passes. £80 for 10 Passes
​
- Valid for 7 / 12 weeks.
- Required to book / reschedule / cancel your own classes.
- Use on any of the classes available to book via Pilates Guru website.
- 12 hours+ notice to cancel / reschedule your class.
- Use app / website to manage.

Weekly Membership - £8 per week
​​
- Payment debited weekly, every Monday for the week ahead.
​
- Required to book / reschedule / cancel your own classes.
​
- You DO NOT have to attend the same class every week.
​
- Advanced access to whole month's worth of passes (not just the current week); those passes are valid to use for the current month & one week into the next month.
​
- Advantage of Weekly Membership - No manual payment, rolling automated payment via your chosen ca​rd.
​
- BONUS, the plan offers flexibility - if for whatever reason you can't make a class one week, just take your class another week, as long as it's within the same calendar month / one week into the next month.
​
- Works well for Holidays / Work Commitments / General Plans.
​
- 12 hours + notice to cancel / reschedule your class.​​​​
IMPORTANT - Any Passes / Plans / Single bookings for classes booked directly on the Pilates Guru Website, will only be valid for classes with Ashleigh / Lucy / Caroline.​

This is the same for any classes booked directly via the 'Pilates with Gabi' website. They can only be used for classes ran by Gabi.

Questions that you may have:
1. Why are the FlexiPass & Weekly Membership now on par at £8 per class?
​
People have preferences, we are all different in how we work. When one option is priced slightly lower to another option, the lower price can often temp people to make that selection, when really it is not the most suitable. Now that both options are the same price you can choose which plan will be more appropriate for you.
​
2. What's the difference?
- The main difference really, is the fact that one is a smaller weekly payment and the other is an upfront whole amount. The policies are very similar, apart from the plan lengths and expiry dates.
​
- The Weekly Membership is ideal for someone who knows they get to a class every week, whether it's the same class or a couple that you switch between. You are happy for the amount to be debited weekly, via a recurring payment.
​
- For the FlexiPass, you need to manually buy a plan every so many weeks / when you've used up your passes, some find this inconvenient, where as others prefer having the control and it works well if you tend to take more than one class per week or you book different classes often.
​
- The Weekly Membership payment debits weekly; the amount is linked to your card automatically, for some, this may work better financially, rather than a FlexiPass.
​
- Some students have said that the weekly payment encourages and motivates them to attend class each week.
​
- If you have read the plan info above, you will see that on the Weekly Membership Plan you get advanced access to your full month's worth of passes still, even though essentially you have not paid for them yet. You have the current month and one week into the next month to use your month's worth of passes, which are paid for weekly.

3. Why has the booking policy changed to 12 hours minimum notice to cancel / reschedule?
​
- Every couple of years I assess the policy, in the past and like many other studios & businesses, the policy was 24 hours minimum to cancel or reschedule a service. I then dropped the policy to 2 hours, to keep it super flexible, but this causes a lot of last minute cancellations, when the space has been held for sometimes weeks in advance, not allowing others to book in. Then still using the pass to take part in another class at a different time. This method is not working.
Therefore, it is now required, that if you need to cancel / reschedule, please allow 12 hours minimum of the class start time. If you're not 100% sure that you will make the class the evening before, then you are best off cancelling (the pass goes back on your plan) then rebooking the next day if you decide it's going to work for you. I appreciate you are not guaranteed a space if you do this, when you had previously already been booked on. However, this makes it fair for others and the business. Rescheduling will NOT be possible under the 12 hour timeframe, and your pass/payment will not be refunded, or usable on another class. Please bear this in mind.​

1x Class || Weekly Member
- This Membership gives you ONE weekly class pass (you can book into any class) it does not have to be the same class each week
​
- Once you set up the plan, the payment debits each week (it automatically recurs)
​
- You get advanced access to the current & next months' worth of class passes (even though you're on a weekly payment plan)
​
- This means, you are able to pre plan & book all your preferred classes in, in advance!
​
- Because this plan is a recurring membership, the payment debits week in, week out... if you cannot make a class one week, due to illness or holiday, don't worry, simply book in another week. Your class pass isn't valid for one week only. See below.
- We do ask, that your passes are to be used up within the current month and 1 week into the next month, they do not keep rolling over into the next month & so on.

- We have a simple app that you can download and use to manage your bookings.
​
- We do ask for 12+ hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your booked class. If this timescale is adhered to, then your class pass will automatically be added back to your plan to use on another class booking.
