Service Description

Either, you currently or you have practiced Pilates before... you understand the basics & fundamentals (breathing, neutral spine, pelvic alignment, how to engage your deep abdominals & pelvic floor). Plus you're familiar with different exercises including: Supine (lying on your back), Prone (lying on your front), Side Lying, 4 Point Kneeling (hands and knees). Choose this option if you're looking for an 'all-round' Pilates 1:2:1, to focus on all major and minor muscle groups - we'll discuss the level of the exercises together.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds (only reschedules possible). Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your class pass / payment. Thank you for your understanding.
