Service Description

Reintroduce your Mind & Body to educational, safe and controlled movement; learning how to engage & activate specific muscle groups, including the Pelvic Floor. It's important that you're had the 'go ahead' from your doctor or medical professional. If you had a natural birth then it's advised you wait 6 weeks+ or 8 weeks+ for a cesarean delivery. Although every body is different, it may be you don't feel ready just yet. Please take your time, only do what feels right. As a whole you might feel tired, achy and quite stiff, so we'll look at your posture and build strength where we need to with low impact Pilates exercises, and increase range of movement in all of those tight areas. Everything we focus upon revolves around building a strong centre (core) without the need for sit-ups / planks or any other intense exercises, which could do more damage than good! No refunds (only reschedules possible). Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your class pass / payment. Thank you for your understanding.
