We'll go through a variety of exercises that are suitable for ladies during pregnancy. We'll also discuss and practice the following: Breathing Techniques, how to engage your Abdominals during pregnancy to help prevent Diastasis Recti (ab separation), Pelvic Floor engagement, safely activating & strengthening muscle groups to help you through pregnancy, labour and the postnatal stage.
