Service Description
Hatha Yoga is a traditional yoga that originated from India that combines movement, breathwork and relaxation into every class. It improves mobility whilst strengthening the body and teaches fundamental ways to calm the mind. This makes it ideal for stressful and busy lives. It is ideal for beginners and is taught in stages to include everybody where they are so incorporates those who already practice. Caroline explains, 'My aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone and although I am an advanced yoga teacher; 500 hour British Wheel Diploma trained, I love to teach a Community based class and outdoor classes to show that yoga is versatile and is a fit to whatever your passion is. I think this class will work perfectly alongside Ashleigh’s classes and ethos in terms of wellness.'

Cancellation Policy
The course payment is non-refundable. When booking, you are guaranteed one of the limited spaces on the course for the 4 week duration. This does prevent others from booking onto the course. If you do change your mind, and we can get your space covered, we may be able to offer you a refund. But this will be assessed if / when needed. Thank you for your understanding.
