- Beginner Workshops
Lets learn the fundamentals!
If you're completely NEW to Pilates, the 'Complete Beginner Workshop' will be ideal for you.
These are offered on various Sunday Mornings (9:30-11:30).
The group size for each workshop is small, with 6 people per session and they run for 2 hours (with a break in between).
In the workshop we'll cover all Pilates fundamentals, including alignment & posture, breath, core activation, precision of movement, pelvic floor, classical Pilates movements (with level options).
After the workshop you should feel confident and knowledgable with the technique to attend the Beginner Classes on the timetable, or you may choose to attend private 1:2:1 sessions for the time being.
PLEASE NOTE:
Once your place is booked your payment is non-refundable. If however, you cannot make the workshop and you have a friend or family member hoping to take your space, or if there is a waiting list for that specific workshop date, then your payment can
either be used towards another workshop date or a private 1:2:1 60 minute session.
