- Beginner Workshops
Lets learn the basics!
If you're completely NEW to Pilates, one of our Beginner Workshops will be ideal for you.
We'll be offering these on Sunday Mornings, on a selections of dates from October onwards.
The groups will be small, with 6 people per session and run for 2 hours (with a break in between).
In the workshop we'll cover all Pilates fundamentals, including alignment & posture, breath, core activation, precision of movement, pelvic floor, classical Pilates movements (with level options).
After the workshop you should feel confident and knowledgable with the technique to attend the Beginner Classes on the timetable, or you may choose to attend private 1:2:1 sessions.
Once your place is booked your payment is non-refundable. If however, you cannot make the workshop and you have a friend or family member hoping to take your space, or if there is a waiting list for that specific workshop date, then your payment can
either be used towards another workshop date or a private 1:2:1 60 minute session.
