Class Bookings, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date. Once payment has been taken there will be no refunds granted.

  • Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or Card Payment when using the online booking page.

  • Any ‘no-shows’ to class or 1:2:1 will lose their purchased class pass (single payment or part of pricing plan)

  • There is the exception to change your class 'last minute' to another class in the same week, if there's space in another class (contact Ashleigh).

  • A student always has the flexibility to cancel/reschedule a class within 24 hours notice (via the booking system)

  • As class numbers are limited, once you book and pay for your place, the place is reserved and no longer available to others, which is why the 24 hour policy is in place. Ashleigh wishes to keep it fair across the board.

  • You may reschedule to another slot either in the same week or another week, providing there is more than 24 hours before your class start time. This can be done via the booking platform.

  • A class pass (or part thereof)  is NOT transferable to payment passes for private sessions.

  • Class Passes are subject to their valid-to dates. Passes can only be extended beyond their expiry date if the instructor cancels sessions or in exceptional student circumstances, discussed on a 1-2-1 basis.
